Question: May I know what contains for one set of mould?
Answer: As usual,one set of mould include Die Head, Aluminum Heating Panels, Calibrator and Water Tank.Final configuration will be confirmed according to your product drawing.
Question: May I know could you do the mould testing for us when it finished?
Answer: 30% T/T deposit before designing mold, then it will take 25-35 days for production, we will send our finished mold to a plastic factory in China for testing, and take spot video with a camera, then send the testing result to you for checking, then please send the balance payment, then we will dispatch the mold after getting your confirmation.
Question: May I know your moulds can euipped with our extruder lines?
Answer: Sure,we will design the moulds according to your extruder adapter.However,you should send your machinery adapter dimension for us firstly before moulds designing.Also,we will send our technical form to you to fill the information we request.If you don't know this dimension, you can ask your extruder supplier.
Question: May I know one mould can make all kinds of profile?
Answer: Sorry,one mould can only make one kind of profile,one shape one mould.So please tell us what product you want to make, the exact material,its picture and dimension, then we can quote the exact mould price for you.
Question: May I know what's the cooling style of your mould?
Answer: Our mould is water cooling not air cooling,water cooling can improve the output speed and make the product rapid successful shape coming out.
Question: Do you only make plastic mould?
Answer: yes, and only plastic extrusion mould, not blow moulding,not metal mould, not injection mould.
Question: The extruding speed of your mould?
Answer: 1.5M per minute to 2.5M per minute according to different design and size.
